We handle flat and high-rise apartment moves. Tell us the floor, whether a lift is available, its dimensions and any stair turns at both addresses so we can discuss how the items will be carried.

Ask about loading bays, parking, lift bookings and permitted moving times. Check whether large furniture fits through the doors and lift, and tell us about any access restrictions before agreeing the move.

Your quote depends on the load, journey and access at both properties. Floor numbers, lift availability, stair turns, parking and the distance from the building to the van can all affect the work involved. Send photos of your items and access route so we can agree the price before booking.

Close boxes securely, keep heavy items in smaller boxes and use sturdy bags that can be lifted safely. Pack fragile items separately with padding and label them. Keep shared corridors, stairs and fire exits clear, and only bring items to a loading area when your building permits it.

Yes, send an item list or photos for a small move as well as a full flat removal. Include collection and delivery areas, your preferred date and access details so we can quote for your actual load.
